Review Project Documentation


"The first part of the assessment involves reviewing all the documentation that has been produced in relation to the project. Many different types of documents can be included in this mix. An effective approach is to ask the project team members for the documents they have (electronic or hard copy) and to build a catalog that can serve as a checklist. You should also locate anyone else that was involved in the project and see if they have any documentation that is relevant and not catalogued.
