Denise Nielsen, B.A., M.Ed.

Denise Neilsen
Denise is a principal with three O Project Solutions. Denise is an educator with over 34 years of experience in both adult and child education. She taught teachers in the special education area, at the University of Waterloo. She also presented various workshops at York University.

Denise resently retired as an elementary school principal and since has devoted her time to producing and marketing a software training product, AceIt®, a software based downloadable PMP® course (PMP® exam preparation course).

Denise has also volunteered with the Peel Literacy Guild where she helped adults who were learning to read and working in a prison with male offenders, helping them to overcome their learning difficulties. Recently she has devoted her spare time to an adult mentoring program connected with the Toronto Adult Student Association. In connection with that work she has been invited to Kenya in 2007 to take part in an international conference on adult literacy to discuss the mentoring program.

Dave Nielsen BSc., PMP®

Dave NeilsenDave is a principal with three O Project Solutions, the vendors of AceIt©. Dave was also the key architect responsible for the creation of the product. Dave has over 20 years of experience managing projects of every size and training IT resources for companies like Nortel Networks and 724 Solutions. He recently led a $100M project to upgrade a leading bank’s ATM network for Diebold Canada. His training achievements include a PMP® Course (PMP® Exam preparation) conducted for CPTTM in Macau, a CMM training program for Nortel Networks, and training PMP® candidates at the Lakeshore chapter of the PMI.
 
 
 
 
John Plant, BA
 
John Plant
John is the Solutions Architect at three O Project Solutions. John graduated from York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He also has a diploma in Project Management from Humber College and a diploma in Systems Analysis from Seneca College.
 
John has a background in training, project management, and software development. John was the Solutions Architect for AceIt©, the software based downloadable PMP® Course (PMP® Exam preparation course). He currently trains students on Microsoft products for a non-profit organization. Prior to coming to threeO, John spent 18 years working on and managing projects for Canada’s number 1 Insurance Company. Prior to that he was involved in training and placing disabled workers. John also gained experience working for the government of Canada as a contract auditor.





Glen Ford, B.Sc., MCPM, PMP®

Glen FordGlen is an educator with three O Project Solutions. Glen graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He also has a Master's Certificate in Project Management from York University and is PMP® certified.

Glen contributed to the creation of the training materials for the initial version of AceIt© and has been integral to the evolution of the product through its various releases since then. Glen is a partner with TrainingNow who provide classroom and e-learning courses. Glen's responsibilities there include providing classroom training, e-learning courses and the creation of learning materials for TrainingNow's project management courses. Glen also has a background in the standards field having worked for the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) for 10 years. Glen brings over 20 years of project management experience to his consulting company, Can Da Software.
