Arron Cheng, CEO

Aaron Cheng
MBA

Aaron Cheng is a seasoned Information Technology & Telecom Executive with over 20 years of experience in building and transforming Enterprise IT organizations in the Energy sector.  Aaron is a former Vice-President of IT at Enercare Inc. He has led a successful IT integration of a major business acquisition while building up a new IT organization. Prior to joining Enercare, he was the Head of IT at Ontario Power Authority and Hydro One Telecom.  He has also held various IT and Telecom management positions at Hydro One in operations and network engineering.  Aaron served as the Chair and President of IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Canada, which is a not-for-profit organization with membership across Canada to promote IT Service Management best practices.

Aaron teaches strategic IT leadership courses at the University of Toronto.  He holds a B.SC. in Computer Science, a Hons. B.A. in Economics, and a M.B.A.

Robert Lei

Robert Lei is the President at Three O Project Solutions Inc. Robert founded Robert Lei Consulting Services Inc. in 1994 and co-founded another IT consulting firm in 2002. He managed and grew the company to over 50 consultants, with sales over $5 million. He acquired Three O Project Solutions Inc. in 2013 and affiliated with George Brown College to offer the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Preparation Course. Robert has over 35 years of progressive IT experience in practicing Project Management, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Integration Architecture and Team Leadership. He is known among his peers as a man of integrity, trustworthiness and willingness to help others. He has earned the trust and confidence of the many clients that have retained his professional services, and he strives to ensure that these values define the culture at Three O Project Solutions Inc.

Dave Nielson

Dave Nielson is a project management practitioner and trainer with over 30 years of experience in IT Project & Program Management and training IT Professionals. Dave was also the key architect responsible for the creation of the product AceIt®, which has prepared Project Managers from around the world to pass their PMP exams. Dave has over 30 years of experience managing projects of every size and training IT resources for fortune 100 companies in North America. He most recently led a $100M project to upgrade a leading bank’s ATM network for Diebold Canada. His training achievements include a CMM training program for Nortel Networks, training PMP® candidates at the Lakeshore chapter of the PMI, training PMP® candidates for the Macau Technology and Productivity Transfer Center, training PMP® candidates for Home Trust, and customized project management training (in partnership with George Brown College) for Service Canada.

Michael Kwan

CISM, CIPP/C, PMP, ITIL, ABCP
Michael is a seasoned Information Security, Risk Management and Privacy professional with over 20 year experience in Information Technology and Information Systems. His in-depth experience includes business technology risk management and information security; supporting corporate functions such as Compliance, Legal, AML, Ombudsman,  Strategic Sourcing, Audit, Technology Business Management, Business As Usual (BAU) processes, compliance of the enterprise cloud governance requirements, review of Business Technology Risk Assessments and Control Design Assessments.  Currently Michael is also leading the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance assessment process for in-scope business technology applications. Michael is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Canada (CIPP/C). He holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Western Ontario.

Michael MacDonald
BSc., Mathematics

Michael is a retired IT professional and trainer with over 30 years of BI Project experience in multiple industries including Financial, Telecom, Transportation, Gaming and Retail. HIs Business Intelligence and Data Analytics career started in 1984 as a Business Analyst with the TD Bank.  Michael moved to the Data Warehouse Project Management role, and then moved to Teradata where he became the Professional Services Partner. At Ontario Lottery and Gaming, he built an Enterprise Data Warehouse over 12 years which spanned multiple lines of business.  Michael finished his working career back at Teradata where he was a Managed Services Manager, responsible for off-shore teams who managed all faucets of the Data Warehouse Operation for large Canadian customers.  

Michael has a deep understanding of all components of the Data Analytics environment including the challenges of source data and the integration of operational systems into an integrated data repository. He has hands on experience working with teams to bring solutions that are leveraged by Users to maximize the value to the organization.
