Hence, proven IT project managers are highly sought after in the industry. The IT project Management Program provides a comprehensive training on managing IT projects. It introduces necessary competencies to be a successful IT project manager. The program discusses theories, frameworks, and industry practices on planning, implementing, and controlling IT projects. Students will learn how successful IT project managers apply project management disciplines to deliver business goals they support.
The program is designed for professionals who are involved in planning, implementing, and supporting IT projects. For new or aspiring IT project managers, it provides the knowledge required to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam administered by Project Management Institute (PMI). As a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) of PMI, Three O is authorized to issue 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) of qualified training to the student who has successfully completed the PMP® Exam Preparation module for enrolling in the PMP® Exam. This program also provides the required PDUs to enroll in the CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) by PMI.
