The ITIL® Foundation Certificate is recognized globally as a ‘must-have’ credential of ITSM professionals. This module reviews all key components of the IT service lifecycle through the establishment and management of a service level agreement (SLA). It will also discuss quality service provisioning. The emphasis is to provide a holistic service-centric view of ITIL applications to prepare students for the ITIL Foundation Exam. Materials used are based on the ITIL Foundation certification syllabus. Tests conducted in the module will be of similar format as ITIL exams, for students to practice.
